About DoggyDoku

DoggyDoku is a free logic puzzle game that challenges you to place pups on a coloured grid. Each puzzle has exactly one solution, found through pure deduction — no guessing, no math.

The game draws from three classic puzzle traditions: the queens problem (no two pieces can touch), sudoku (one per row and column), and minesweeper-style elimination. Wrapped in a warm, dog-themed package, it's designed to be approachable for beginners but satisfyingly tricky as the grids grow larger.

How It Works

Every puzzle is a grid divided into coloured regions. Your job: place exactly one pup in each region so that no two pups share a row, column, or touch each other — even diagonally. Tap to eliminate cells, double-tap to place. Start small at 4×4, and work your way up to mind-bending 10×10 boards.

Who Made This

DoggyDoku is an independent project, lovingly built with vanilla JavaScript and a whole lot of treats.
